Before joining Washington Harbour, Mr. Shukla previously worked at Vista Equity Partners, where he focused on growth equity and buyout investments in enterprise software businesses, with particular emphasis on vertical SaaS, GRC, and cybersecurity. Prior to Vista, Mr. Shukla was an investment banker in the Technology group at J.P. Morgan in San Francisco, where he focused on M&A and financing transactions for global technology clients, including advising on the sale of ForgeRock to Thoma Bravo for $2.3 billion. Mr. Shukla graduated from the College of William & Mary with a B.B.A. in Finance and Data Science.
