MoFo served as Government Contracts counsel to CollabraLink Technologies, Inc., a leading digital transformation services firm, in its Majority Investment from Washington Harbour Partners (WHP), a Washington DC area investment firm focused on technology, government services, and business services. The companies formally announced the transaction on December 30, 2021.
