Before joining Washington Harbour, Mr. Li previously worked at at Silver Lake Partners. He was a generalist within technology and technology-enabled sectors. He evaluated strategic raonale and financial viability of potential portfolio companies. He worked on convertible debt investment in AMC Entertainment, Motorola Solutions, and on equity investments in WordPress and Intelsat among other projects. He was a summer intern at Silverlake as well as P Schoenfeld Asset Management and QED Benchmark Fund. Mr. Li graduated from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics, and Concentration in Finance, Accounting and Statics.
