Before joining Washington Harbour, Mr. Carter served as Controller at Design and Integration, a venture-backed specialty contractor, where he led the company’s accounting, treasury, and finance functions. Previously, he was an Audit Manager at Ellin & Tucker, managing teams that provided assurance and advisory services to private equity, venture capital, and real estate investment firms. Mr. Carter holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Elon University.
