Ms. Souhan is the Director of Operations at Washington Harbour Partners, LP, where she oversees regulatory compliance, trading operations, investor relations, and fund launches across public and private markets. She has successfully managed SEC filings, audits, and the execution of multiple private equity deals and co-investment opportunities. Before joining Washington Harbour, Ms. Souhan worked at Capital One in Commercial Loan Operations, where she earned recognition for excellence in risk management and client service. She also brings legislative and communications experience from the Maryland State Senate as Chief of Staff and Missouri House of Representatives as a Publications Specialist. Ms. Souhan holds a B.A. in English with a Business Minor from the University of Missouri and is a Certified Notary Public in Virginia.
