Biography

Before joining Washington Harbour, Mr. Shukla was an investment professional at Vista Equity Partners, where he focused on growth equity and buyout investments in enterprise software companies. Prior to Vista, he worked in the Technology group at J.P. Morgan in San Francisco, advising global technology companies on M&A and financing transactions. Mr. Shukla graduated from the College of William & Mary with a B.B.A. in Finance and Data Science.
